Being gay or bi and Muslim can be hard to talk about. These groups understand, and they're confidential. None of them are connected to Zayvo.

LGBT+ Muslims

• Imaan: the UK's LGBTQ+ Muslim charity. Peer support, socials in London and online, support groups and low-cost therapy.
• Hidayah: support and community for LGBTQI+ Muslims.

Family and faith

• Naz and Matt Foundation: confidential one-to-one support for LGBTQI+ people and parents from religious or culturally conservative families, by phone, email and in groups.
